Preparation
On acceptance of work, our team will:
- Call to confirm all details and ensure you are happy with our processes
Upon arrival on site, they will:
- Introduce themselves, showing ID where necessary
- Check our vehicles are parked conveniently
- Conduct a site inspection to assess the installation plan
- Review the installation plan with you as necessary
- Cover work areas to protect your space
Installation
Our team of experts will:
- Install your windows with precision and care
- Operate in contained areas to minimise disruption to your home or workplace
- Ensure all Heath and Safety measures are in place
- Work as swiftly and also as safely as possible, respecting your home and privacy
- Respond to all queries promptly
- Test and inspect each unit to confirm it is fitted correctly and is fully functional, prior to completion
Completion
On completion of agreed works, we will:
- Remove your old windows, glass and rubbish from site
- Vacuum all internal work areas, carpets and surrounds
- Show you how to operate your new windows and take care of the glass to ensure they look new for longer
- Do a walk-through with you to make sure you are happy
- Stay in contact with you at regular intervals to ensure you are happy with our work long-term
